We survived the hurricane! In this video I will show you what I usually make for dinner throughout the week when I get home from work. If you are anything like me you probably want to be able to save some money by not eating out all the time but its so hard to get dinner on the table after a day at work! I’ll show you some of my favorite super easy recipes that are easy to throw together after my day as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I’ll also discuss how my job has been going, talk about a really good conversation that I had with my employer regarding nobody wanting to see me at work, and what I do when I have down time at work as a Nurse Practitioner!

We bought a house! And we chose a really interesting week to do so, as we are preparing for Hurricane Florence. This is the first hurricane that we are experiencing, and to say we are un prepared would be an understatement! I’ll take you along as we try to get ready, talk a bit about our new house!

This week nobody wanted to see me! What the heck! I’ll talk a bit about that, and how I’m feeling over all one month into being an NP! As you can probably tell, it was a pretty slow week at work, but I did have my first student! Which was fun, and a good reminder that even if you don’t know a lot, you can always teach something!
