In today’s video we will talk about how I talk with difficult or frustrated patients! It’s something I have had QUITE a lot of experience in during my years as a nurse and so far as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This topic was quite fitting as I had a difficult day at work, dealing with lots of unexpected unfortunate situations that had many people feeling frustrated and a bit “difficult”.
